Minimum Night Details:

All homes have tax (either 1% or 8% depending on location), a Cleaning Fee (varies between homes-$60-$300), $50 non refundable Damage Waiver fee (covers up to $1500 unintentional damages) and a 1% processing fee on the grand total. Hot tub homes have a hot tub cleaning fee ($30 for 3 or less nights or $10 per night for 4 or more nights) and Pet Friendly homes have a pet fee ($10 per night, per pet).
2 night minimum for Winter (Low Rate - Oct.-Feb.)
3 night minimum for all Major Holidays (High Rate) (Thanksgiving-4 night min.- High Rate)
3 night minimum for June & September (High Rate) and Spring Break (Shoulder Rate)
