  Great Family Getaway for a Fishing Family

  We have stayed a few years in a row at this home, specifically because the parking allows us to bring our 21' boat along. It has a wonderful beach cabin feeling and is extremely close to the beach. A few minor things keep it from being perfect but are overlooked when you are able to wake up and view the ocean from the front window.

  I dont like the practice of not being able to view the rental in advance. It would be nice to know where it is located with relation to town. We would have prefered to be closer to town. We should have been informed the garage was off limits. Tough to store bikes and beach stuff, with no garage.

  One thing was told that there was an acess to the beach and there was, BUT being older it was rather shaky taking the rocks as steps to the beach. So we walked to Trade Winds and used their stairs, which was really O.K. Would have liked stairs closer, but that is not how it is.
  I answered the yellow questions on the table about the tv in the lower level not working and the fan over the large dining table not working. We did like staying there.

  The house was OK. The beds were hard, the sofa bed was awful (I know that most are) The downstairs was really stinky (I know that beach houses can get musty smelling). It was very clean, and the deck was wonderful.
