Some work colleagues and I came down for a weekend getaway. We loved the house and all of it's ammenities. We love to cook and the kitchen was perfect for preparing meals and socializing. There was enough room to spread out and relax as well as have fun. The house is located on a corner lot and was very easy to find and get to and from. Manzanita is by far our favorite place to vacation and we can't wait to come back!
We had a great time. The home is beautiful, roomy and very close to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to make family meals. We will definitely use Sunset Rentals again!
This house was perfect for two families. The rights size, very clean and a block walk from the beach.
We went in a group of 11 people, and had a great time! The house was conveniently located a block away from the beach, and was very close to the main straight of Manzanita. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were in good condition. Definitely would recommend this house!
We loved this house! It had everything that we needed. It is spacious and very clean. We all felt right at home. It is bright and cheery inside. We would love to stay here again.
overall a great stay, close to beach, golf, and town. only down side is the house is on a busier street(nervous with a pet)

i would prefer a less steep cleaning fee, and something more flexible based on the condition we left the property in. paying that much discouraged our doing our best to leave things cleaner than we found them
House had all the comforts of home and then some. Slept 9 of us very comfortably. We had a great stay. Only comment is - to request that we wash all linens and towels is a huge task, with such a small washer. We cut our stay short (left Sat. night vs Sun. morning) in order to get the 7 loads of laundry done. This is the only thing that "marred" our trip.
Proximity to street wasn't the best for small children. Also, I still do not understand why we pay a cleaning fee when we have to do most of the cleaning (e.g. laundry, dishes etc) on day of departure. I would love a full explanation of this policy some day.
